signed up for 9.45 c/kwhr. when it expired they did send a letter saying that now it is variable at 10.79c/kwhr. I didn't notice word variable so i stayed with them. Then it went to 12.89 and then to 17.89. This is an outright fraud! There is no rates like this in MA. Now I am trying to get out back to Nat Grid. Having problems doing soSTAY AWAY!!!
