⛔️🚨 Please avoid this company⛔️. I have lost 20K because of a guy called Mohammed Yakub, who is also the company’s director. They technically trap you by giving a very low quote. Once you pay a deposit, they tell you different stories, complete lies, just to increase their quote. I declined to pay extra money. He (Mohammed) rang me 2 days before completion and said we can’t complete the transaction, due to no time left and it being an auction property. I had to choose between paying 20K extra or losing 34K deposit. I don't think he is even qualified solicitor.
