I have outstanding repairs by L & Q going to 3 years (2022) which i handed over to Clearwater Solicitors for Disrepair issue since. The outstanding repairs includes 2 of the 3 bedrooms Ceilings needs to be repair ( as one of the ceiling have collapsed due to flooded ceiling).demanded that I need to move all the items from the 2 bedrooms before they can start the repair? I requested for a copy of a letter by L & Q to Clearwater Solicitors that stated that the Soiled mattress from flooded room cannot be paid for (but Clearwater Solicitors said they cannot release the letter to me. Clear demanded that I must move the items in 2 rooms before the Repairs can start. Where do I move the items from 2 bedrooms to?
