So far not impressed at all, I'm having to chase them for any updates , when you ring reception say's I will get them to return your call......yeah maybe in 10years time, my file has been passed to the 4th case handler since 2015 , even though the ex employer has admitted liability, so clearwater what's the hold up .........taking it to (SRA) them to look into this practise .
