Absolutely disgusted with the service! Was told 4-6months now it's been a year almost still only just gone to court now they're sending me letters basically trying to say we are lying as we don't have pictures of the staff or the food .. sorry I like to eat my food rather than let it go cold as I'm taking a picture of the staff who made it and the meal itself! The staff are rude! They don't inform you of anything I'm constantly chasing!I have anxiety and depression I am stressed out and being treated like crap doesn't help!Telling me it's no win no fee then send me letters saying they've racked up £3,000 in money then another 1,500 to come and do I want to cancel my claim! No I'd rather see this through even if it is a nightmare! Gone to the wrong 3rd party as well according to their letter so probably will be a no win Waste of time and energy!
