It's all depend who was handling your case. My case was handle by more then 5 different file handlers from 2015 to 2020. First lady Ms S.Jerum was very professional and efficient with in 6 months she had done a lot of progress. Once she left the company then different file handlers and different stories. Never replied on time and some time never called back. Finally Mr Hussnain followed my case and he was efficient and always followed the case on time. Hard work and very professional.
