Cleeng provides "customer service" for Tennis Channel. What they really do is try to snow you with boiler-plate circular arguments that take you right back to where you started. They are absolutely horrible. Have nothing to do with them. In this case, Tennis Channel doesn't want to deal with their many irate customers so they hire Cleeng to deflect and frustrate the customer until they just go away in disgust. I would give them a minus 5 if I could. I'm sure they paid for the few positive responses. Follow-up: See Cleeng's responses for blatant examples of their smiley-faced, non-answer answers. "We are sorry for your experience" which WE have caused but please let us do it to you some more! They are the face of the new Orwellian corporate "customer-service" nightmare.
