Cleeng manages "subscriber retention" for the B1G+ streaming service. Their method of retaining me as a subscriber is to make it impossible to cancel and then auto-renew me for another year. The Account features do not work and their web site is a circular maze leading back to the home page. I called them twice to cancel and yet they charged me. I have disputed their new charges with my credit card company. Follow-up: Two weeks after their response here they still have not contacted me to resolve this fraud.
