Will was brilliant from start to finish, very reassuring and was confident he could find me the right mortgage to suit my needs. Being a contractor I had previously gone through the process of getting a mortgage in principle only for it to fall through when the lender didn’t understand how my pay was structured. Will reassured me that he was used to communicating effectively with lenders about my type of work, everything was smooth and I was constantly kept up to date.
