An overall brilliant experience.. from the very first call, Will could not have been more helpful & positive, he assured us that he would do his utmost to help with a positive outcome, which he achieved.We had, what we thought was, a difficult application due to certain employment contract, but as Will stated, he deals with this in a daily basis.The constant support, reassurance & communication was outstanding, even down the the fact that we only had 3 days until Will was on leave for a week, things moved very quickly in those 3 days and the application was submitted before he went, resulting in a positive outcome on his return.
