My Wife ordered an item online, clever cards took almost £45.00 from the card and placed it into pending. The item was out of stock and the company never took the payment. Clever cards did not refund back onto the card. They initially confirmed in an email they had identified a problem that they would fix and return the money however they have notvand almost 2 months have passed. They use bots and do not return calls or emails. I would not recommend this company.
