Going into the program I was nervous as to what I should expect as I have been involved in programs before where they sign you up and then the support ends there and you don't see results. ATM is legit, you get to rub shoulders with vetted industry experts and they will support you from start to finish. From generating leads, building relationships and closing deals. They have all the resources you need to be successful including the scripts, the deal or dud calculator, the legal docs, the software, and the funding solutions. On top of that, they are great mentors and help push you. Their underwriting team is highly experienced as well and I have learned a lot from them. They are constantly making improvements internally as well and I have appreciated how open they are to feedback as the program continues to develop since it is newer. With ATM they want you to be successful because they are investing in you as a partner. They don't just see you as someone to bring them a deal, they want you to scale your wholesale business, own properties, or help fund the deals....
