What I got instead was poor communication, empty promises, and complete disregard for the time and effort I put in.I submitted multiple qualified real estate deals, followed all the guidelines, and reached out respectfully numerous times via phone and text. Not once did I receive a return call or a professional response. When I finally voiced my concerns, I was simply told, "Good luck," and dismissed entirely.This program is heavily marketed to aspiring investors, but once you’re in, you're on your own. No mentorship. No feedback. No partnership. Just silence.It feels like a bait-and-switch operation designed to profit off ambitious individuals without delivering the value they advertise. I’ve since filed complaints with the BBB and the Attorney General's Office in Arizona to push for accountability.If you value your time, integrity, and resources—stay away.
