Boyfriend moved into a Clever student flat a couple weeks ago. A few days later him and his flatmate found some cockroaches in their kitchen. They reported it as an emergency on the app and they had no contact from the company for a couple days when the boys decided to call. They were not very sympathetic. They said they would have a staff member come up and they would call pest control, aboit a week later they’ve heard nothing. On the night they still find cockroaches in their kitchen. Disgusting.
