Absolute garbage letting agency!!! I cannot stress this enough, do not rent with them. They will do anything to get out of having to fix anything in your flat. We had mold in our flat since we moved in and it has been 7 months, they have not sent anyone to fix it other than their own maintenance guys once, who washed the walls and left, only for the mold to come back! this place needs to be shut down!!!!There is also a leak they haven't fixed in a month, haven't even so much as given me a bucket for it. They have not done anything at all for 5 months, AND the hole smells like urine.
