I had no issue with the company as such. Although important tax was high to the uk.But my issue is with the actual product. I bought the clew snowboard bindings. And by the third use of undoing my foot from the binding, whilst still strapped in, they weren’t locking back in properly. And I had issues taking the binding off. Which defeats the point of getting the clip in and out bindings. It got to a point where a friend had to help me Lock the binding into position and I had to use them like normal bindings.They also tore my back boot up really badly in the process. (This is the one I was trying to remove everytime)So although I love the idea of this type of binding, I would conclude that you’re better off just sticking to classic bindings.
