I had an extremely frustrating and concerning experience with Click2Book.After completing a booking on February 2nd, 2026, I received only an agency reference number, no airline confirmation (PNR), no 13-digit e-ticket number, and no proof that any ticket was actually issued. No email confirmation, no text, no call. Despite this being an international itinerary involving multiple airlines, there was zero transparency.I attempted to call customer service and was left on hold for over 1 hout 30 minutes with nothing but music playing. No agent ever answered. The company claims “24/7 support,” but in reality, there was no reachable support at all when it mattered.I then had to email just to find out whether my card was even charged and whether my ticket existed, no response or whatsoever, something that should be automatic with any legitimate booking. The experience felt intentionally evasive and unprofessional.If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, especially for international travel, I strongly recommend booking directly with an airline instead. This was stressful, unclear, and not worth the risk. A stupid and silly company indeed! THIEFS!
