tried the bait and switch as mentioned by many others, after saying that half my flights were booked and the return wasn't they "tried" rebooking me on different flights and giving the runaround on phone then magically when i said i only wanted my original flight and wasn't interested in their other options, they said i could have it for 6k more LOL scammers. this is why i always book with amex :) also, on their site it says they refund by midnight, yet on the phone they say a different thing - do not buy. sadly it was too good to be true
