Took this out last year, 5 star warranty. Had to call them up to be past to a different company AutoProtect. Absolute joke trying to hold of them and the garage! Well the garage are fuming, they have been trying since last week to get hold of the tec guys for video evidence. Not only did I take this warranty out I recieved no paper work through email or the post on how the claims work. So I got the motor blower heater replaced, well you'd have thought I'd committed the worse crime ever. So far my experience with this company and the actual company who deals with the actual claim has been absolutely terrible. My policy will be cancelled and I'll pay my garage myself. So don't waste your money guys not worth the hassle!!
