we were away in lanzarote for a week but I had a medical emergency and couldn't fly yesterday,and have to stay another week.i rang click and go who I booked with and spoke to a fabulous girl called Charlene ,she immediately put my mind at rest booked another hotel for us ,changed my flights for next week.She also rang my insurance company as I couldn't get through. This was customer service second to none ,so thank you Charlene u are amazing and a credit to click and go.
