Ordered 4 ink cartridges, all listed as "in stock" on the website. After 7 days, and 3 emails, I finally received tracking info. Upon notification of delivery, my package arrived with ONE cartridge, not the 4 I ordered (and PAID for up front BEFORE shipping). Upon notifying the company that I received only 25% of my order (the other items "became unexpectedly out of stock"), I was notified that I would not be refunded for at least 7-10 days as their "finance team is currently very occupied". This has been, top to bottom, an awful and un-trustworthy experience.
