The print cartridge for my Brother printer was damaged when I received it. I'm quite certain the problem occurred through shipping because the box containing the cartridge was damaged on one end. I wrote the company to request a replacement, and a new cartridge was sent to me. It came quickly and was intact. I was treated with helpful consideration, and the problem was solved.
