I ordered ink cartridges on 7 February. The cartridges finally arrived on March 4 by which time I had found, purchased, and received from another source the needed cartridges. I immediately, on 4 March, requested return instructions since the cartridges were no longer needed. As requested on 7 March, that same day I provided the requested picture of the unopened delivery. I was notified on 8 March by my CLICKINKS contact that he had passed on to the supplier the picture they requested.. I again contacted the CLICKINKS contact on 14 March that I have not received return instructions or any other contact from CLICKINKS. As of today, 19 March, I am still awaiting package return instructions for a full refund and will again send the CLICKINKS contact a request for return instructions.
