I clicked the Pay Now Button and completed the order process, but I never got an email confirmation. Three days later I found that Click Inks took my payment, but never scheduled delivery of the order (I found it was still in my Cart). That was not good, since I had to go through the process again and the site did not recognize I had already paid (the first payment appeared on my AMEX account). If a second charge shows up, I'll dispute it with AMEX.
