I am sorry to say we received the incorrect product & I'm still trying to correct it. your rep Constantin has been extremely helpful (he gets 5 stars) but I am still waiting for the correct toner, (2) Pantum TL-410X. my order #XP03674, the packing list has the correct p/n but what we received was GT410X that is not compatible.
