I called Thursday, Feb 29 to request a return for wrong product shipped to me. Customer service rep was polite but VERY difficult to understand; she promised to send me an email detailing return procedure together with a return label for shipping, but I never received either. Went to your website and sent an email with same infor but no response from that either. So you "customer service second to none" doesn't even rate. --really unhappy camper who will never order from you again.
