I really appreciate the automation features available in the ClickMeeting application, particularly the ability to send automatic notifications to users. However, I find it lacking in the option to set speakers, which hinders conducting meetings from a professional studio setup. Additionally, I would improve the certificate issuance feature; the current template feels outdated. It would be fantastic to have the ability to upload custom templates, perhaps in PNG or JPG format.
