You can *somehow* freeze it, but you can't stop it. the only way is to cancel and delete the account with all the data. But when you unfreeze the subscription, you are not allowed to choose the plan size. That's a jerk move. "Just pay us as you started". of course you CAN upgrade, but can't downgrade and there's no monthly reminders that payment is due. Just pay us.
