It's frustrating to pay such a high shipping fee only to receive my item through regular, slow delivery. I placed an order on November 9, and here we are on December 2, with no sign of my items. Charging $65 for shipping just to send two 30ml bottles of face serum using the slowest postal method feels unfair. I reached out via email, but I've yet to receive a response. Very disappointing service.
