Im trying to get my order issue resolved since the 26 June order no. 240626-001-0312 . I place the order online on the 26 June for collection at Comaro crossing , had to send couple of mails and phone to get update on the order . Than on the 4th they advise me that i can collect. When I go there they where unable tot scan the bar code and told me , that they made a manual note. when i got home i realize that my Oh so heavenky body wash was not part of the order..went back to clicks comaro where they told me i have to sent a mail to clicks service department of which i did on the 5th of July. still today no feedback from the team! This is the worst online experience ever! Please ;earn from Dischem online service. You order in the morning for collection and you received notification that you can collect the next day! i hope ill get some feedback today but NEVER again!
