I endured slow service over time but the lies and gaslighting were another. They use outsourced, offshoring for help and don't explain the staffing limitations. The system has become a complicated mess. When i decided to stop using the paid version, my information was locked out. It's also hard to download your data and migrate. Much of the information was not there. There were filtrations on which couldn't notice resulting in records being deleted. There are better platforms around and at least more honest operators.
