Having participated in more than a few courses for coaches my expectations were pretty low to be honest. I'd picked up some valuable tips, but I felt it was up to me to put the pieces of the puzzle together in a way that made money. Even more surprising -- and as corny or unbelievable as it may sound -- they really care. I saw first hand several cases where previous programs would either have not responded or implied it was my fault for not getting it right. With COD, I personally experienced people going above and beyond for me on several occasions -- when they didn't have to and when no one was looking.An approach which really works is refreshing and amazing enough. But people who really care put COD in a class of its own.
