I ordered a lens that needed to be specially sourced. I received updates on my order throughout the process. Since I hadn't visited the store before, I opted to pick it up rather than have it shipped. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the layout of the store was excellent, with plenty of demo units available. Even with a 240-mile round trip to collect the lens, it turned into a fantastic day out. Highly recommended! 👍
