I called up and reserved a camera with Saffy who also sent me an immediate part ex offer via email for my existing kit. Upon arrival I was met by Jonathan in the shop who was fantastic, making the trade in process seamless and very helpful with offering advice in the new camera (Leica Q2). Great service all round and worth the 1hr 20 min drive over.
