I went through a frustrating process to apply for a loan and even found a co-borrower. After dropping out of the program, I called to dispute the loan amount. Their records didn't match the actual funds, and they’re now demanding more than what was borrowed. I believe the funds were returned to them, but they need to resolve this with the school, not me. I've wasted countless hours trying to resolve this. I suspect the positive reviews are misleading. This company is predatory and disorganized. I plan to file complaints as they haven't corrected these issues. It's shameful to offer loans for education while managing data so poorly.
