I called the number provided for customer support to confirm the details to insert in the loan forms and they said they only handle the loan after I complete the forms. so who should I ask about the form? they had no clue and didn't understand why their number was on the site. The chat feature is terrible too. you send a chat and they respond late. not sure if this is a staffing shortage or what. don't deserve more than one star.
