I enrolled in a student loan with Climb Credit in December of 2020, during the enrollment I also set up auto pay, my first payment was due January 14th. The payment never came out of my account and on Jan 20th I received a notice of late payment. It is now Feb 2nd and I have been calling daily attempting to make payments. The customer service reps just tell me I have to go online, they email me a link, which I have followed, and it takes you to a third party site, I created a profile on that site and still cannot make a payment. I have called every day since January 23rd trying to make a payment on my loan and still have not been able to make payment. I have spoken with supervisors, I have emailed, I have called my school, I have tried everything that I know to do and still, I'm unable to make a payment, now as of Feb 2nd I am being charged late fees for having not made payment. This company is a joke, I highly recommend going absolutely anywhere else possible for a loan. The customer service here is a joke.It’s now April 15th and I am STILL not able to make the changes to enroll in auto pay. I have STILL been calling to try and make the necessary changes. And I am STILL being told there is no way to make these changes. And then today I see that Climb Credit has signed on with a political activist group SUPPORTING the Georgia boycott and supporting the undermining of our election integrity. CLIMB Credit is not only a horrible credit company, they are also a big business that is working to destroy America. I will no longer make any effort to repay my loan and if they want the money they can come try to take it from me. I refuse to give one penny to a company that promotes this nonsense.
