I went for a skin consultation with Shirley having paid 60GBP. And as soon as I talked to her, the tone in which she talked made me feel extremely unwelcome. And she seemed very fed-up (grumpy and irritable) and uninterested and often talks over me when I was sharing my concerns whilst being judgemental and sarcastic. I couldn’t understand how and why she was that unempathetic, given she deals with people with skin concerns that impact them on a daily basis. Just the thought of having gone there to have this consultation and a potential treatment regime made the experience awful and regretful. I would never go back. Please don’t go for your skin concerns. It made the whole experience awful. P.S: A formal complaint does nothing but they put the blame on you. Just avoid coming to this place when you can have so many other options with nicer staff.
