I visited Clinica Medica today for an appointment with Dr Paulina for lip fillers. This man is a true professional and will go out of his way to ensue you have the best possible experience, with the best knowledge of your treatment, and very best end results. On arrival to the clinic I shared a concern I had with Dr Paulina regarding a pigmentation that had suddenly appeared on my forehead recently. He took my concerns seriously and arranged for one of his colleagues, Megan, to apply a facial peel for me while I was at the clinic today. Megan is a lovely girl, and like Dr Paulina, she is extremely professional. She explained to me why and how these pigmentations can appear and gave me brilliant advice on how to prevent this happening again. During my appointment with Dr Paulina he spoke me through everything he was doing and his calming nature kept me relaxed throughout my treatment. I highly recommend the team at Clinica Medica and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for any treatments. I am over the moon with my end results, thanks so much guys 💕
A true 5 star facility. From the moment you walk into reception you are greeted by a warm, friendly and professional team ready to assist you in any way they can. This was continued by the fantastic Norma, my injector, who was very knowledgeable. I must admit getting any sort of treatment can be scary, but I can honestly say the treatments Norma has carried out on myself are tremendous. Norma and I have built a very good relationship, she is extremely kind and will tell me her honest opinion which I love. I wouldn't go to anyone else, couldn't be happier with my results. Thank you.
I was so looking forward to my visit to Clinica Medica last week and was not disappointed.After a lovely chat with Norma Anis who introduced me to this Clinic I had my treatment with Shirley.The place was very Covid safe, I felt comfortable and after not being very well I felt relaxed and happy.I would recommend Clinica Medica to anyone who wishes to improve their skin and boost their mood.Mx
That's awfa in the Scottish sense of the word rather than the Arabic one of course.My experience with Dr Awfa Paulina was unfortunately a truly awful one. I would recommend that you avoid him like the plague unless you enjoy being patronised by a rude little man that is more interested in his bank balance than providing any sort of positive customer service experience.Very lucky to get the one star for this review. If I could have given lower I would have done!
What can I say..... Dr Paulina is AMAZING!! Over the years I have spent thousands on my face as I had been constantly been given the wrong advice from another clinic. I found this wonderful man, who gives the best advice and offers the best treatments available, I wish I had found him years agoI highly recommend Clinica Medica ❤️
I had Botox which was administered by the lovely Karen O’Neil. Karen put me at ease with her kindness and professionalism. She gave me specific advice regarding the procedure and my medical history and I had every confidence in her because of this. I was delighted with the results and can’t wait to be able to go back for more. I would highly recommend the services of Karen at Clinica Medica.
