I had a full set of zirconium crowns fitted in Feb 24. The staff were VERY PROFESSIONAL, KIND, ATTENTIVE and CURTEOUS throughout the booking process through to my eventual visit/procedure and treated me well BUT I think there's a lot to be said for their customer care post procedure. I may well be an exception but it is very poor and that is being kind. Register an interest in having some dental work and they message constantly 24hrs a day. Mention an issue with the dental work they have carried out the and they get message amnesia! I reported a problem in March 25, even sent photos of the effected area as requested. My messages were read but then complete silence since March 25. It's a shame as they did appear to be a professional dentist set up but this experience has been an expensive lesson in DO YOUR RESEARCH before you commit to something as life changing as what I had! You might get what you pay for and then get left with more than a mouthful of badly fitting teeth and forgotten about as soon as you have left the building!!!!
