I had a complete set of zirconium crowns placed in February. The staff were extremely professional, kind, and attentive throughout the booking and procedure, treating me well. However, their customer care after the procedure leaves much to be desired. While they are quick to message about potential dental work, they seem to forget you entirely when issues arise with what they've done. I reported a problem in March and even provided photos as requested. My messages were acknowledged but then met with complete silence since then. It's unfortunate because they seemed like a professional dental practice, but this experience serves as a costly lesson in the importance of doing thorough research before committing to significant dental work. You may end up with more than just poorly fitting teeth and a feeling of being forgotten once you leave.
