Disappointing experience due to internal system issues. Even the CEO did not respond to personal emails. I would not recommend it. Edit: The CEO was supposed to follow up but did not, and I demonstrated to the support team that I had no access prior to my cancellation via email. This was due to internal errors, making it an unreliable platform. This was not the first occurrence of such issues during onboarding, which I also provided proof of. Edit 2: The CEO did eventually respond, and we resolved the issues. I'm still dissatisfied with the delay, but it's good to see efforts were made to address it.
