Initially, they misled me with impressive pictures of their facilities, but it turned out to be a local dentist with a standalone banner of their brand. I never met the ceramist because they order the teeth from elsewhere. The gum contouring was supposed to be done with a laser, but instead, a peri-doctor used a scalpel. All the crowns were misaligned, and I now need crown lengthening and to redo all 28 crowns. I had a cross/open bite and went to get 28 crowns, but they bridged many crowns together incorrectly, causing inflammation and irritation. Consulting dentists back home confirmed I need better-positioned crowns. It’s been two years with no healing possible. The facility they showed me was actually a mall in Turkey, and they denied I was their customer despite evidence. They don’t allow reviews on TrustPilot, which raises further concerns.
