I had noticed on my bank statement that I was charged (3) times for the same product. I contacted the support at AMS and followed the process. Within a few minutes, I recieved and email that they recived my concerns and will get back shortly. They got right back with the dates I ordered from them and knowing that I ordered the same product twice, gave me multiple choices to decide how to help me out. I could use the program on a differant PC, use the money to upgrade a program I ourchased from them or use it to get add on's. They provided me with a new download link and my registrations numbers. There were maybe 4 or 5 emails passed between us and every one was clear and helpful. I do not remember the last time I had excellent support from a company. Every encounter was A+.
