Hello, i have bought from clips4sale for at least 15 years, all was good till now. I bought a clip, the sound didnt work so i mailed the creator who said she would fix it. I didnt hear anything back so i mailed clips4sale support to ask for a new download link. They asked OS number, but i didnt had it anymore because i bought the clip 2 weeks ago they can see into my account, either by e mail or banksales, they know i bought it but didnt want to give me a new download link.From now on i will by from iwantclips, their lose not mine, i buy a lot each month
