I would give more than five stars if I could for my experience with clockprint. This was my first time for having a book printed and I knew nothing of this process. My stress levels dropped after my first call. I spoke to a gentleman called Andy who explained everything to me in detail and reassured me regarding my ‘ifs’ and ‘buts’, there were a few! It was nice being able to speak to the same person each time I phoned. Communication was spot on and I had regular emails for each stage of the process. If I was ever to get round to writing another book I would not hesitate to return to clockprint. My books were printed and sent within the agreed timescale and quality is excellent. Customer service has been second to none and very much appreciated.
