Ordered a Christmas Eve box, they took the order knowing they didn’t have any stock of the pyjamas. They had no communication of this to the customer, if I knew this wouldn’t have ordered. They waited until 16th December to tell customers they didn’t have the pyjamas yet and they’d post the Xmas eve boxes on 22nd Dec when they arrived - useless to me that lives in Northern Ireland. If they actually communicated these issues to the customer it might have been fine but they went radio silence until the very last minute, and customer service is abhorrent.. basically non existent. It took me days ringing to finally get a phone call answered. I ended up paying a lot of money for a Xmas eve box containing pyjamas I didn’t want.. as well as cheap items from SHEIN with their logo on. Love their pyjamas but not worth the money, or the hassle. Avoid at all costs
