Overall, the collaboration with this team does what it says on the tin. My streams have gone up on Spotify, and the team is quick to submit my songs for playlisting. I currently pay for the bronze yearly package. Unfortunately, it is on the customer to enquire about whats included in the package, as I was unaware that I had to request a new song each week otherwise they get removed, and it affects your monthly listeners. I was spoke to quite bluntly when sending an email directly, but this was amended once I asked the same question within the paid thread. I am yet to see whether the included blog post, social media strategy and SoundCloud inclusions will be followed up on this time round, as previously I had just extended my campaign for a year, rather than paying for a full year up front. Overall, I do appreciate the help from the team. I do think they are legitimate, and I have seen results. But I think you have to be forthright and proactive with the company to benefit from the full services mentioned in the contract.
