Unfortunately, the reviews are correct. The only difference in my situation is that I do receive responses. After two failed attempts, they are only willing to provide a partial refund to my original payment (which was closed due to fraudulent activity) because the items were on sale. I checked their website today and noticed the prices are quite low. Please refrain from purchasing from this company. I will be working with my bank and reporting this service.
