I Ordered a tracksuit from this company as a Christmas present for my daughter which came to £105.78. When it arrived the quality and fit of the garments were poor to say the least. I contacted the company to request a return for a refund, and I was informed by them that due to the shipping expenses it was not cost effective to return the items, and they offered me a 10%refund. I rejected this offer and they came back with a counter offer of a 30% refund which I accepted. It has been over a month since this offer was made to me and to date I have still not received any refund from this company. I have chased them but have had no reply.
